The FM Group had a problem with their internal sales process, how they gathered information from perspective purchasers and
followed up enquiries were still done manually with many pieces of paper faxed between offices. They approached Seton to suggest a digital solution, Seton built a bespoke CRM database which linked to the 'forms' on the various
websites for the FM Group. When an enquiry came in through the 'contact us form' on
their websites it automatically populates the CRM database which then
prompts the sales team to follow up the lead.
The new CRM system has been so
successful it now plays an inegral part of the companies sales process and is helping to convert property sales each week.
